Summary

Performs all functions in receiving payments, issuing receipts, classifying revenues, and deposit in to the appropriate bank account.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Receives payments, responds to inquiries regarding charges and account status.

2. Maintains records of all payments according to established policies and procedures.

3. Refers patients to Supervisor on issues affecting settlement of financial obligations.

4. Issues refunds with the required approval.

5. Reconciles payments received with Cash Receipts Register.

6. Submits daily transactions report and forwards cash journals to Supervisor.

7. Deposits cash and checks in their appropriate accounts with the Bank.

8. Maintains suitable filing system for all reference documents in the area of responsibility.

9. Assists in the implementation of policies and procedures for accounting and finance functions.

Education

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related discipline is required.

Experience Required

Grade09:

One(1) year of related experience with Master’s, or three (3) years withBachelor’s Degree is required.

 

Grade10:

Three(3) years of related experience with Master’s, or five (5) years withBachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.

Saudi National is preferred.
