Summary

Assists skilled tradesmen in performing/carrying out basic repairs and maintenance in Hospital & Residential Areas.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Prepares work areas. Carries tools, equipment and materials to work site.

2. Cleans work site after task completion and return tools, materials and equipment to storage areas.

3. Assists skilled Plumbers with routine scheduled maintenance.

4. Cleans and lubricates tools and equipment.

5. Follows all prescribed safety procedures.

6. Follows all Hospital's related policies and procedures.

7. Participates in self and other's education, training and development, as applicable.

Education

Associate Degree/ Diploma, orHigh School with Vocational Training is required.

Experience Required

No experience is required.
