Summary

Responsible for supporting the department in designing organisational entity’s structure, function, interrelationships, duties and responsibilities. Assist in conducting organizational studies; Data collecting, analysis and providing recommendations.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Assists in the research analysis related to existing departmental missions, goals, objectives, duties andresponsibilities.

 2. Assists in organizational studies of existing organizational structure, function and process to assesseffectiveness, reporting relationships and communication processes.
 3. Assists in the development or update of proposed Departmental Function documents (DFD’s).
 4. Assists in the recommendation of leadership job titles and hierarchy, develops and process of leadership assignments and/or appointments. 
5. Assists in the development of proposed revisions in the organizational structure in order to develop effectivefunctional relationships among organizational section. Assists in preparation of presentations and inoutlining requirements.
 6. Maintains files and databases for reference use in organizational design. 
7. Assists in developing and preparing presentations of organizational studies/reports of the Section. 
8. Prepares new and revised Hospital and departmental organization charts. Assists in maintaining anupdated manual of organization charts of departments Hospital-wide.
 9. Assists with implementation of approved organizational changes. Assists in the monitoring ofimplementation phases and reports needs for revisions. 
10. Assists in orienting new staff as assigned to the efficient and effective application of section activities andresponsibilities.
 11. Assists in developing the section's Internal Policies and/or Procedures. 
12. Maintains knowledge on current trends in specialty and makes recommendations for improvement. 
13. Attends meetings of committees as may be assigned.
 14. Participates in self and other’s education, training and development as applicable. 
15. Follows all Hospital’s related policies and procedures.
 16. Performs any other duties as assigned.

Education

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related discipline is required. 

Experience Required

Grade09:

One (1) year of relatedexperience with Master’s, or three (3) years with Bachelor's degree.

 

Grade10:

Three(3) years of related experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’sDegree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.

Saudi National Only.
