Summary
Assists Human Capital (HC) in all duties and functions. Coordinates with HC and other Departments at the Hospital’s. Answers inquiries regarding education, experience, and vacancies. Posts vacancies.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Prepares job reconciliations for transfers, promotions, demotions and transactions from HC and Hospital Departments.
2. Announces vacant positions/job postings hospital-wide for promotions and/or transfers.
3. Performs pre-reconciliations for applicants for Hospital announce vacant positions.
4. Conducts typing tests for promotion purposes and as requested by other Departments.
5. Deals with issues regarding Human Capital transactions, e.g. promotions, transfers, employee benefits, etc.
6. Coordinates with Personnel staff and Manpower Analysts to prepare promotion packages.
7. Provides, maintains, and validates employees’ education and experience with certificates in their fields.
8. Reviews and prepares promotion packages for Administrative Credentials Committee (ACC) meetings.
9. Coordinates with Employee Services and other HC departments in matters related to internal promotion.
10. Gathers data related to job grades and special studies/projects.
Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or other related discipline is required
Experience Required
Grade 09:
One (1) year of related experience with Master’s, or three (3) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Grade 10:
Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.
