Summary

Assists in aligning Commercial Innovation strategies with business objectives through data-driven analysis, reporting.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Supports the development and execution of CommercialInnovation strategies alignedwith organizational and departmental objectives.
2. Analysesperformance data, identify risks and opportunities, and propose improvements.
3. Buildsand maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders; facilitatedecision-making.
4. Promotesbest practices, process improvements, and change management.
5. Supportsbudgeting and forecasting in collaboration with finance.
6. Providesadministrative and operational support for optimization projects, includingscheduling, documentation, and follow-up, ensuring all tasks are completed ontime and according to approved guidelines.
7.  Follows all Hospital’s related Policies andProcedures.
8.  Participates in self and others' education,training and development, as applicable.
9.  Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education

Master’s or  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,or other related discipline is required.

Experience Required

Grade 09:

No related experience with Masters, or one (1)year of related experience with Bachelors is required.
