Summary

Leads and oversees the Integration Department to ensure effective integration of digital systems, applications, platforms, and data across the organization. Provides strategic and technical direction for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of integration solutions.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Leads the development and implementation of theorganization’s integration strategy, standards, architecture, and roadmap inalignment with Digital Solutions objectives.
2. Oversees the design, development, implementation, andsupport of enterprise integration solutions across clinical, administrative,and corporate systems.
3. Ensures seamless and secure exchange of data betweenapplications, platforms, databases, and external systems.
4. Establishes and maintains integration standards,governance, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency,scalability, and maintainability.
5. Oversees the performance, availability, reliability, andsecurity of integration platforms and interfaces, ensuring timely resolution ofincidents and technical issues.
6. Defines business requirements, disseminates them to theteams, and overseeing the delivery of these
7. requirements.
8. Evaluates emerging integration technologies andrecommends solutions that enhance operational efficiency, systeminteroperability, and digital capabilities.
9. Ensures integration solutions comply with KFSHRCpolicies, cybersecurity requirements, data governance standards, and applicableregulatory requirements.
10. Plans and manages departmental resources, priorities,projects, and budgets to ensure effective and timely delivery of integrationinitiatives.
11. Leads, develops, and evaluates department staff,promoting technical excellence, collaboration, knowledge sharing, andcontinuous improvement.
12. Develops and monitors departmental performance indicatorsand provides regular reports on integration services, projects, risks, andperformance.
13. Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
14. Participates in self and others' education, training anddevelopment, as applicable.                
15. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education

Master's or Bachelor's Degree inComputer Science, Informatics, or related discipline is required.

Experience Required

Seven(7) years with Masters, or Eight (8) years with Bachelor’s Degree, includingthree (3) years in a managerial capacity is required.
