Summary
Responsible for all Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) staffs, plan programs and all admin related matters. Help supervision in clinical services.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1.Provides direct implementationof programming within a one to one teaching environment or small group teachingenvironment when needed.
2.Collects data within directimplementation of programing (not outside session) and maintenance ofprogramming binder assisted by case supervisor.
3.Conducts clinical ABA assessment (includingintelligence, academic achievement, attention, sensorimotor function, language,learning, and memory).
4.Writes or prepares detailed clinical ABAreports, using data from Neuropsychology & BehavioralSciences tools, rating scales, direct observations, orinterviews
5.Summarizes and draws analysisfrom data assisted by case supervisor.
6.Evaluates client progress andadjusts programming as needed, assisted by case supervisor.
7.Consults with parents andschool personnel.
8.Trains and supervises junior staff, andpracticum students, interns, and residents.
9.Oversees all ABA treatmentprograms.
10.Conducts team meeting and casediscussion meetings on individual programming assisted by case supervisor.
Education
PhD or Master’s Degree in clinical psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Nine (9) years of related experience with PhD,or twelve (12) years with Master’s Degree is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
Current Registered licensure from SaudiCommission for Health Specialties licensure is required.
