Summary

Leads a rigorous research program; takes a cross functional and integrated role to work effectively with other research programs and effectively manages research staff provide opportunities for career growth and supervises PhD and master’s students.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Leads and manage complex research studies and experimental Innovation & Research projects.
2. Develops and publishes manuscripts in peer reviewed journals to disseminate research findings.
3. Develops and optimize scientific methodologies and protocols. And Analyses and interpret data to draw meaningful scientific conclusions.
4. Presents scientific results of projects in National and International Scientific meetings, and participates in Research Centre seminars.
5. Establish new research proposals and applies for funding and grant.
6. Supervises graduate students and trains other staff members.
7. Follows all laboratory safety rules and regulations.
8. Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
9. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.                                                                                  

Education

Doctorate Degree PhD, DDS or equivalent degree in scientific discipline relevant to the research field is required.

Experience Required

Nine (9) years ofrelated experience is required.

Other Requirements(Certificates)

• Evidence of scholarly research accomplishment in the form of publications that have originality, novelty, significance, and impact in the field.
• Role as principal investigator in at least three (3) fully completed research projects and two (2) on-going projects.
• Presentations of at least five (5) of the following: Keynote lectures, invited presentations, and oral talks selected from meeting abstracts.
• Academic involvement in education and training activities.
