Oversees the overall management of Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) overall activities andfunctions to achieve its mission, goals, objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process and productivity
1. Reviews and confirm selected portfolio aligned to the Organization strategic objectives and utilization ofportfolio prioritization tool by the portfolio managers and ensure the process are followed by the EPMOstakeholders.
2. Ensures Governance guidelines and controls are communicated to EPMO stakeholders and properlyimplemented, which include roles, accountabilities and delegation of authority matrices
3. Ensures delegation of authority matrices are up-to-date and any changes in roles and responsibilities arereflected on the delegation of authority matrices and communicated to relevant stakeholders
4. Facilitates the implementation of governance meetings and required communication.
5. Reviews change requests received from portfolio, program and project managers and ensure tracking logis up-to-date. And ensure project and program documentation/deliverables are updated with change, asnecessary, and communicate change impact to other EPMO employees to ensure baselines are updated.
6. Facilitates and manage the change authorization process and participate in the evaluation of changerequests, and, present the overall change assessment and recommendation to the EPMO director asnecessary.
7. Develops RAID (risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies) register template and share with relevantstakeholder and Support project/program managers with all necessary Support as needed.
8. Champions the adoption of portfolio, program and project management standards and assist portfolio,program and project managers in applying the approved standards. And ensure portfolio, program andproject management approved forms, tools and templates are consistently used across the Organization.
9. Develops and share progress report templates and portfolio, program and project performance reporttemplates to relevant stakeholders across the Organization.
10. Applies /Monitors necessary checks to ensure the project and program performance reports are accurateand correct, and conduct further analysis on the generated dashboards and develop required reports andsummaries to the EPMO leadership
11. Works in partnership with HR business and finance manager to produce an accurate financial forecastlinked to the benefits timeline
12. Applies necessary checks and suits to comply the regulations and accreditation requirements for aHealthcare Organization Standards (JCI) related to EPMO.
13. Performs other related duties as assigned.
14. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
15. Follows all Organization's related Policies and Procedures.
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, BusinessAdministration, Engineering, Information Technology or other related disciplineis required.
Five (5) years of related experience with Masters or seven (7) years withBachelor’s degree.
