Summary

Organizes overall activities and functions within Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to achieve itsmission, goals, objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process and productivity.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Works with EPMO Employees, and closely with the EPMO, Operations Specialist to generate progressreports, mange performance dashboards and provides help desk support on the EPM technologysolution.

2. Assists in generates reports and completes analysis and cleansing of data to provide insight to EPMOleadership on portfolio, program and project performance

3. Identifies any data or reporting inconsistencies prior to publication, and either explain and justify, or flagand resolve potential issues.

4. Provides required assistant/support for all assigned projects/assignment.

5. Works collaboratively with all EPMO team to provide accurate reports that drive better planningmonitoring and Portfolio, Program, and Project Performance.

6. Manages report requests and helpdesk requests from EPMO team.

7. Conducts and develops a study plan for assigned projects. Recommends studies, and determinesobjectives, scope, requirements, methodology, and time frames, as required.

8. Performs any related duties as assigned.

9. Participates in self and others' education, training and development as applicable.

10. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.

Education

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, BusinessAdministration, Engineering, Information Technology or other relateddiscipline is required.

Experience Required

Three (3) years of related experience with Master's Degree or Five (5) yearswith Bachelor's Degree.

Other Requirements(Certificates)

  1. Saudi National Only.?
  2. Certified of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required for Engineers.
  3. Professional Certificates in Portfolio, or Program, or ProjectManagement, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) or other relatedcertificates is required.
