Summary

Plans and supervises the operation of all Transportation Services required by the Hospital.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1.Prepares schedules of all Transportation Operation Services and allocates vehicles to meet transportation services required by the Hospital. 

2.Oversees the transportation activities and schedules to assure optimum utilization of resources.

3.Ensures that vehicles and equipment are operated and maintained properly.

4.Ensures that safe driving performance is practiced and observed.

5.Establishes and implements Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program.

6.Ensures that the utilization of manpower, and vehicles is justified and cost effective.

7.Evaluates performance. Counsels employees to improve their performance and recommends disciplinary actions.

8.Ensures the development and implementation of training plans, and priorities the training according to the Hospital standards requirements.

Education

 Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related discipline is required.

Experience Required

Grade 11: 

Five (5) years of related experience with Master’s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity is required. 

Grade 12: 
Seven (7) years of related experience with Master’s, or nine (9) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including four (4) years of (Grade 11) experience is required.

Other Requirements(Certificates)

Saudi National Only. 

Valid motor vehicle-driving license is required.
