Summary
Performs Human Capital (HC) studies to enhance current policies and practices as directed. Develops and maintains HC systems that meet high management information needs.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Monitors works in progress and assists with difficult or complex tasks, as assigned.
2. Participates in the development and maintenance of the department guidelines, and internal policies and procedures (IPPs). Reviews and recommends suggestions to update the department IPPs.
3. Actively participates in committees, taskforces and other working groups, as assigned.
4. Assists in research and data gathering from internal and external sources when needed to support HCinitiatives, as assigned.
5. Assists in HC projects and initiatives. Assists in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support these projects, as assigned.
6. Oversees job-training programs, and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs related to HC, as assigned.
7. Oversees engagement programs and other related matters, as directed.
8. Develops and disseminate HC best practices and policies to enhance performance and resource management.
9. Generates reports and works with HC entities to develop and improve related policies and practices.
10. Maintains collaborative and effective relationships with other key management personnel and keeps abreast of significant economic, social and technical trends, and regulatory guidelines, which may influence assigned functions/ services and/or the Hospital.
11. Utilizes variable internal and external data and statistics for ensuring effective HC planning and other planning activities.
Education
Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Five (5) years of related experience with Master’s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, HCI) or all equivalent certificates is preferred.
- Saudi National Only.
