Summary

Demonstrates the capacity to work from a strategic perspective by using everyday solutions to achieve longrange goals for reducing employee complaints, improving employee satisfaction and coaching for excellenc

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

 

1. Conducts new employee orientation and signs new employees’ contracts.

2. Processes resignation and termination procedures, generates NOC (No Objection Certificate) and release of sponsorship letter and adds departments for employees.

3. Processes Exit-only and Exit Re-entry Visas and reviews existing policies and procedures.

4. Converts contracts for hospital employees as required.

5. Advises Hospital's rules Employee Relations Manual (ERM), labor law, regulations, policies and procedures to employees.

6. Resolves employee's complaints and works related problems.

7. Conducts awareness lectures to hospital employees.

8. Develops programs to promote employee retention.

9. Initiates Clearance for resigned employees.

10. Prepares management's corresponds as needed/requested.

11. Answers all inquiries related to the Oracle System testing phase.

12. Tests transactions in the Oracle System in coordination with HITA and HR super users.

Education

Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or other related discipline is required.

 

Experience Required

Grade 09:

One (1) year of relatedexperience with Master’s or, three (3) years with Bachelor’s Degree or isrequired.

 

Grade 10:

Three (3) years of related experience withMaster’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years of(Grade 09) experience is required.
