Summary

Matches qualified candidates with right kind of skills, knowledge and competencies to fill vacant positions within the Hospital. Follows recruitment process and procedures accordingly.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Receivesapplications from designated recruitment source to help and creates a databankof potential candidates and develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance.
  • Pre-screenapplications through reconciliation against specialized job descriptions tosource core competences and compiles a short list of suitable candidates forfurther review.
  • Arrangespre-screening face-to-face or telephone interviews (if necessary) beforerecommending applications for review to the concerned department.
  • Maintainsall relevant applicant data, interview scores and candidate’s updates in theOracle Human Resources Management System (Oracle HRMS) application.
  • InitiatesEmployment offer letters detailing the benefit package and eligibilities basedon position.
  • Conductsreference checks (if required) from the primary source to facilitate therecruitment process.
  • ArrangesMedical tests for applicants with Family Medicine and notify applicants oftheir suitability of employment as required. 
  • Maintainsaccurate and clear records for visa utilization of new hires when required.
  • Collaborateswith departments of Travel Section, Housing Services and Public Relations tofacilitate housing requests, travel arrangements and issuance of tickets ifrequired.  
  • Preparesemployment contracts based on the Employment offers and notifies the applicantor agency.
  • Efficiently& effectively fills vacant positions in accordance to policy and procedureof the Hospital.
  • Handlesand complies with all aspects of hiring process through Oracle HRMS applicationin addition to the issuance of new ID badges.
  • Logsand initiates processing of invoices through the Financial Services forinternational hired employees from the designated market as required.  
  • Followsup on all pending files on regular bases and take appropriate action.
  • Carriesout and provides assistance in all aspects of recruitment cycle to internal andexternal customers. 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in HumanResource Management, or any related discipline is required. 

Experience Required

Grade 08:

One (1) year of related experience is required.

 

Grade 09:

Three (3) years ofrelated experience, including two (2) years of (Grade 08) experience isrequired.
