Summary

Responsible of the coordination and communication of the Employee Health program’s projects that target the wellness dimensions related to the Health aspect. Management of the projects interdependencies. Coordination of the new capability for the business to deliver effective change and realization of projected benefits. Responsible for the overall quality integrity and coherence of the program. Developing and maintaining the program environment to support each individual project within and through an effective program/project management.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Plans and designs the program and proactively monitors its progress, resolves issues and initiatesappropriate corrective action in coordination with the Head. 

2. Manages the program’s budget in coordination with the Head and monitors expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses. 
3. Ensures the delivery of the expected deliverables from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan/scope and program governance. 
4. Facilitates the appointment of individuals to project teams and monitor the day-to-day performance of their jobs/assignment, manages third party contributions to the program, and manages communications with all stakeholders; internal and external. 
5. Manages the dependencies and the interfaces between projects, manages risks to the program's successful outcome, and takes appropriate action to mitigate the risks in coordination with the Head. 
6. Initiates extra activities and other management interventions whenever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise in coordination with the Head. 
7. Reports the progress, risks, and issues of the program on a regular basis to the Head. 
8. Ensures effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the program. 

Education

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, or other related disciplineis required. 

Experience Required

Grade 11: Five (5) years of related experience including two (2) years in a seniority position with Master’s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor’s Degree of similar requirements is required. 

 Grade 12: Seven (7) years of related experience including four (4) years of Grade 11 experience with Master’s, or nine (9) years of similar qualifications with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
