Reviews and analyses Hospital performance management systems for enhancement. Assists in administering duties within the Employee Performance Management (EPM) system. Assists in researching\ benchmarking studies and recommendingnew performance system methodologies that align with the department’s functions and objectives.
1. Reviews and analyses Hospital employee performance management processes, which include but not limited to,the performance and development planning, interim review and the annual performance assessment.
2. Assists in the planning and organizing the analysis and evaluation of data needs, data sources, data collection tools, performance targets, and benchmarking and assessment methodologies. Assists in highlighting the needs to align management practices to reach departmental objectives.
3. Assists in maintaining the enrolment/training to managers, supervisors, and employees on performance management system and how to conduct the various phases, and how to identify and address inadequate performance.
4. Reviews, analyses and recommends updates in reference manual documents for Hospital employees pertaining to the existing performance management system.
5. Assists in the review of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the Hospital to measure employees’ performance efficiently.
6. Assists in research/benchmarking to provide the section with the latest trends as well as the best practices in performance management, KPIs and competencies.
7. Assists in the coordinating with different internal departments to determine the accuracy of proficiency levels across objectives to facilitate the criteria measurement of actual performance.
8. Assists in the integration of Performance Management practices and processes throughout the organization.
9. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
10. Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable.
11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or other related discipline is required.
Grade 09:
One (1) year of related experience with Master’s, or three (3) yearswith Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Grade 10:
Three (3) years ofrelated experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree,including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required
