Reviews and standarizes hospital standard items/equipment in coordination with user/technical departments and ensures avoiding duplication of products.
1. Responds to and processes general standardization requests and queries for Product Standardization.
2. Ensures that standardization category accounts used for the item (s) are correct and are matching with ledger book.
3. Evaluates and analyses non-stock/stock item information from user department requests for standardization based on the adopted system of the product materials classification and codification applied in the hospital for Oracle Application Financial and Materials Management System.
4. Assists the Senior Standardization Analyst to create, ensure data accuracy, maintain item code specification in generic form, and update item information providing various suppliers/ manufacturers item catalogue as requested.
5. Coordinates with GL, PPD to ensure that items set-up are correct and properly used.
6. Assists the Senior Standardization Analyst to review and correct product item categories in the database of Master Item Organization for Oracle Application.
7. Assists the Senior Standardization Analyst per user department request to train them regarding the technical knowledge in the Oracle Application as well as how to log on to the internet and access the standardization reference website (DLIS).
8. Provides assistance to the PPD Buyers for purchase order update.
9. Establishes and maintains a variety of files and other office systems necessary in the performance of the work. Maintains equipment inventory, coordinates maintenance work of the office equipment and any other logistic matters.
10. Prepares various reports covering operation/ statistics pertaining to the Standardization section.
11. Keeps an updated knowledge and training for hospital standard computer system.
12. Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.
13. Participates in self and other education, training and development, as applicable.
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field required.
One (1) year related experience required.
