Summary
Assists in aligning Commercial Innovation strategies with business objectives through data-driven analysis, reporting.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports the development and execution of CommercialInnovation strategies alignedwith organizational and departmental objectives.
- Analysesperformance data, identify risks and opportunities, and propose improvements.
- Buildsand maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders; facilitatedecision-making.
- Promotesbest practices, process improvements, and change management.
- Supportsbudgeting and forecasting in collaboration with finance.
- Providesadministrative and operational support for optimization projects, includingscheduling, documentation, and follow-up, ensuring all tasks are completed ontime and according to approved guidelines.
- Follows all Hospital’s related Policies andProcedures.
- Participates in self and others' education,training and development, as applicable.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Grade 09:
No related experience with Masters, or one (1)year of related experience with Bachelors is required.
Grade 10:
Three(3) years of related experience with Masters, or four (4) years of relatedexperience with Bachelors, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience isrequired.Other Requirements(Certificates)
