The Undergraduate Medical Education provides medical training services; it works to interpret and implement policies that apply to clinical training programs and their trainees. It targets many universities around the country and coordinates to accept visiting medical students for several types of clinical training, in addition to the affiliation with Alfaisal University.

Upon undergraduate medical education committee’s approval of number of students in individual departments, UME will communicate the accepted medical students to medical school.

Once students successfully completed the training, they will be eligible to receive certificate of completion at the end of training.

Upon the recommendation of the clinical research mentor from medical departments of the hospital, medical students are allowed to participate in clinical research.

Once students successfully completed the training they will be eligible to receive certificate of completion at the end of training.
After graduation from a recognized medical school, the student is required to successfully complete a 12-months rotation in clinical services. This year of rotation is called “Internship”, a pre-requisite to an honored medical degree.

Registration for 1st Submission period for Internship AY 2024/2025 (July – December 2024) is from (21 April – 10 May 2024)
