As part of the Experience Office Division commitment towards promoting person centered care, and ensuring enculturation and sustainability of the Patient Experience Fundamentals, we would like to announce the availability of The Patient Experience Online Module for all employees.
The course aims to train and empower employees to provide an exceptional patient experience, and to help them understand that their role in creating a positive patient experience is greater than the task associated with their job.
Employees can register online via iLearn to attend/enroll in the Patient Experience Online Module and get a certificate of attendance.
