Our Documents and Report section gives you a one-stop storage destination to store all the test reports, medical history, health profile, and other relevant information. With all documents and reports at one place, and accessible 7/24, a patient need not worry about carrying the same physically. They can see the summary of their medical documents online and save , print or request new report when required.

Steps

Access
Click on the "Access to Service " to go to Altakhassusi page

Enter
You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)

Choose
Choose " Services " lcon

Click
Click on " documents & reports " link

Request
Request for a new medical report, please click on the "request" button,  Choose the doctor and the reason for requesting of the medical report. An alert message will appear stating "your request is registered". On the main page, another message will appear stating "the request is under process"

View & Download
Click on the " details " button next to each report type to view the previous reports. You can save, and print the medical report by clicking on the " Download Report " button at the bottom left side of the Medical Evaluation window
