Appointments

Change or cancel an online appointment without visiting the hospital and standing in a queue. KFSH&RC has made appointments that simple! This e-service allows you to even cancel or reschedule an appointment if the need may arise. The process is simple and saves time and effort of a patient who might already be in ill-health or located in remote areas.

Steps

Access
Click on the "Access to Service" to go to Altakhassusi page

Enter
You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)

Click
Click on the " Appointments " link, and an upcoming appointments box will appear, Click on "Details" to view more options.

Choose
If you choose to Reschedule your appointment, a calendar will appear to you with the available dates that you can choose from highlighted in green, If you choose to Cancel , click on "Cancel", confirmation message will appear for you.

Read
Click on the " Download Appointment Slip" button to  view your appointment slip, save it, print it.
