In addition to Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, the department also provides select and focused services in other Pediatric specialty and subspecialty areas with the aim to support and enhance specialty care regionally in the areas of pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology & nutrition, infectious disease, nephrology, neurology, pulmonology, genetics & metabolic disorders, and palliative care.
Pediatric Intensive Care as well as Neonatal Intensive Care Services are also available with a multidisciplinary approach as an integral part of our care.
In alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives, the department promotes research and active collaboration and participation in clinical trials, outcomes analysis and the promotion of screening and prevention in childhood disorders.
Post-graduate education and training is supported and sponsored through collaborative activities both within the organization as well as through networking activities regionally, nationally, and internationally.
