The Transformation Program

The Transformation Program will provide the key to unlocking our future, helping the organization to become a not-for-profit Independent Foundation. This will provide the autonomy and flexibility needed to develop our existing services and resources and explore new opportunities. Importantly, as an Independent Foundation, we will be able to use any surpluses we generate for the benefit of the organization.

Change Management

In KFSH&RC’s Transformation journey to become a “Not-For-Profit-Independent-Foundation” by 2022, change management can be defined as actions, techniques and tools that are utilized to support KFSH&RC’s management and employees in their personal transitions, including adoption and realization of change

Program Initiatives

As part of Vision 2030 and its programs, KFSH&RC has become an independent, private, not-for-profit foundation that reflects the transformation plan of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The transformation program is aligned with the strategic vision of the organization which is to become a world leader in healthcare through excellence and innovation. There are two initiatives under the transformation program:

  1. Corporatization (completed) Dec. 2021
  2. Operational Transformation (Ongoing) Dec. 2023
